He has an Associate’s degree in Accounting (Cabrillo College) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (UCSC). He is also a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor (Online Advanced). David has experience and expertise in a number of tax areas, including complex individual returns, small businesses, trusts and nonprofits

Kathy Presto, Enrolled Agent

Kathy Presto is an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (105730-EA), and holds a Masters degree from the University of Washington. Kathy’s expertise is researching and analyzing complex tax situations and is committed to finding strategies beneficial for you or your business.

Chelsea Mandell, Data Analyst/Office Manager

Chelsea Mandell is the office manager and bookkeeper at Dollars and Sense.  She has a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz in Biology but switched to a career of bookkeeping/accounting after operating a small business for 10 years.  Chelsea manages the day to day operations at Dollars and Sense and offers bookkeeping services to clients with businesses.
